Meetings

Training, safety meetings, shutdown planning

Two rooms, priced up front, 10 minutes from Labrador City and 5 minutes from Tacora. Rooms can be set classroom, banquet or U-shape.

  • On-site parking.
  • With 80 guest rooms upstairs, attendees travelling in can sleep, eat and meet on the same property. Breakfast is included and served from 5:00 am; supper runs 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Thursday to Sunday. Ask the front desk about a room block and direct billing for approved corporate accounts.

The large room and the small room each have a published day rate, shown above. Catering and extras are quoted separately.

What equipment is included?

Screen or TV, flip chart, coffee service and Wi-Fi. Catering can be added from the Frozen Rooster.

Can you set the room up differently?

Yes — classroom, banquet or U-shape. Tell us which one when you book.

Can attendees stay at the hotel?

Yes. There are 80 guest rooms in the same building, and we can hold a block for your group.
